This is a group insurance plan. At age 65 coverage reduces to 65 percent of original face amount; at age 70 coverage reduces to 45 percent of original face amount; at age 75 coverage reduces to 30 percent of original face amount; at age 80 coverage reduces to 20 percent of original face value. Insureds must be active members of NAPA and actively at work in an insurance related field or capacity.
