  • Defense costs are provided and are included within the limits of liability
  • Prior acts coverage back to the first date of continuous coverage; unlimited after three years of coverage
  • Provides defense coverage of a claim arising from insolvency of an A- or better rated carrier; $250,000 sub-limit
  • Provides coverage for administrative, clerical and support personnel acting on your behalf
  • Provides defense coverage of a claim arising from allegations of wrongful termination; $250,000 sub-limit
