New Agent Medical
Depending on your state of residence, NAPA has two plans that can help an agent get a quality health insurance plan at truly affordable rates. These affordable plans offer a 1-3 year solution depending on the state, and are typically 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of a traditional major medical plan. They offer a number of deductible options, and allow the insured to use any doctor or hospital for covered expenses. They can be a perfect solution for newer agents who need coverage but just can't afford a full medical plan.

This plan offers agents a starting plan. It is a major medical plan with annual limits. Because it has annual limits, the premiums are very affordable. The plan offers deductible options and annual coverage limit options in most states of up to $250,000. There is also a doctor co-pay option that allows up to 2 visits per year for a low co-payment. This plan is another great option for those agent's who just can't afford the full cost of a major medical plan.

Major Medical
NAPA also has a complete selection of major medical plans, including high deductible options that meet HSA standards. These plans offer independent sales agents the ability to use the tax deductibility of an HSA to right off 100% of the premium expenses as well as 100% of the out-of-pocket expenses to the established HSA limits. Not only are the out-of-pocket expenses tax deductible they are also made on a tax free basis. Now as an independent agent you have a win, win situation, you control the HSA account without having to give all the premiums away to the insurance company.
