The NAPA Direct Errors & Omissions (E&O) Program offers all Life and Health Insurance Agents outstanding professional liability coverage at affordable rates. The plan is an annual-renewable claims-made policy.

General E&O Coverage Information:
Claims-made Financial Services Professional Liability Coverage limited to services provided as a life/health insurance agent and Series 6 Registered Representatives. 


E&O Liability Coverage Options:
  • $1,000,000 per claim / $1,000,000 annual aggregate 
  • $1,000,000 per claim / $3,000,000 annual aggregate
  • $2,000,000 per claim / $2,000,000 annual aggregate
Deductibles:

  • $1,000 for claims arising from fixed life, health, disability insurance and annuities.
  • $5,000 for all other claims (eg. variable products and mutual funds).

†Prices include $36 NAPA membership dues, and appropriate fees, taxes and doc stamps. Monthly payment options include a $5.00 per month processing fee.  These rates are NOT applicable to agents in the state of New York.

*PAC down payment refers to our pre-authorized checking payment option. Your down payment includes one month’s premium, NAPA dues, administrative fees and a $5.00 monthly processing fee. PAC down payments will be processed immediately; monthly deductions as shown above will begin the first business day of the month following enrollment effective date.
