How many credit hours will I receive with a WebCE course?

Credit hours for WebCE courses vary by state. To find out the hours for a specific course in your state, visit our Course Catalog, choose the tab for your profession (i.e. Insurance) and click your state on the map. Select a license type, if applicable, and a list of courses with credit hours will be displayed on your screen.

How long do I have to complete the course?

Courses must be completed within one year (12 months) of the date of purchase; however, we suggest you complete the courses and submit them for CE credit at your earliest convenience. Our courses are continually updated in order to deliver up-to-date materials which reflect the latest in industry trends.

How does WebCE grade exams?

If you are taking your exam online, you will receive instant pass/fail notification once you have submitted a completed exam. If you have a paper exam it should have been sent with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please use the envelope to mail the completed exam and course evaluation form to us for grading.

Once your exam has been graded and a passing grade (70% or better) is attained, we will mail you a Certificate of Completion. If you do not pass an exam, a WebCE representative will call and notify you. You may retake the test free of charge.
