General Coverage Information:
Claims-made Financial Services Professional Liability Coverage limited to services provided as a life/health insurance agent and Series 6 Registered Representatives. 


Liability Coverage Options:
  • $1,000,000 per claim / $1,000,000 annual aggregate 
  • $1,000,000 per claim / $3,000,000 annual aggregate
  • $2,000,000 per claim / $2,000,000 annual aggregate

Deductibles:

  • $1,000 for claims arising from fixed life, health, disability insurance and annuities.
  • $5,000 for all other claims (eg. variable products and mutual funds).

PAC down payments will be processed immediately; monthly deductions as shown above will begin the first of the month after enrollment effective date.
