As a NAPA member, you are eligible to claim a complimentary CE voucher that can help save more than $100 on your required course costs. Access a library of state-specific and product-specific CE courses designed to help insurance professionals like you meet licensing requirements across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Quest CE has provided CE solutions for more than 30 years and is NAPA’s preferred provider for insurance and designation continuing education. Course options include Life and Health, Property and Casualty, RIAs and IARs.

You can use this benefit to access state-specific and product-specific CE courses online, complete required training on your schedule and stay on track with licensing requirements.
- Meet insurance license CE requirements online (where allowed by state law)
- Mobile compatible – take your courses from your mobile device
- Online courses with chapter quizzes, exams and certificates of completion
- Courses include outlines, chapter quizzes and pass/fail notifications after exams
- Course completions are electronically reported to state departments of insurance where required
Important Information About Redeeming CE Vouchers
- State filing fees are your responsibility.
- Course approvals vary by state.
- Vouchers are valid in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Courses are not currently available for U.S. territories.
- As a NAPA member, you are eligible for one complimentary voucher every 20 months.
- Your voucher does not expire until redeemed through Quest CE.
- Once redeemed, you’ll have up to 12 months to complete your CE credits.
