Where do I redeem my free continuing education (CE) voucher?

Members issued a continuing education (CE) voucher code prior to September 1, 2023 should redeem it through ExamFX. Members issued a CE voucher code on or after September 1, 2023 should redeem it through Quest CE.

Important Information Regarding Your Free CE Voucher

• Individual students will be responsible for any and all state filing fees.
• Course approvals vary by state. Please check with your state insurance department for detailed information about license renewal requirements.
• Vouchers are good in all 50 states and District of Columbia. No courses are currently available for US Territories.
• NAPA members are eligible for one Free voucher every 20 months.
• Vouchers never expire until redeemed through Quest CE. Once redeemed, students have one year to complete their CE credits.
