Will I receive a refund when I cancel?

If you paid annually for your policy you will receive a refund of any unearned premium. If you paid monthly for your E&O insurance, we will stop all future monthly drafts. Please see our cancellation policy for details on how to cancel. Please note that all policies are subject to minimum earned premium. All administrative fees, taxes and dues are non-refundable. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
