If I write business in multiple states, does this coverage extend to each state?
Yes, if you write business in multiple states, the E&O policy is good in all 50 states, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. As long as you are licensed to sell the covered product in the state, the E&O will extend to that state regardless of your resident state.
