  • This Errors and Omissions insurance program is designed exclusively for newly licensed Life & Health Agents that apply within two years of receiving their first original issued state Life & Health Agent license and have commission income of less than $100,000 for the 12 months prior to enrolling. $1M/$3M limits only. Coverage Limits
  • $1 Million per claim / $3 Million annual aggregate
Deductibles and Retentions
  • $0 retention/deductible for claims arising from life, health, accident, disability insurance, and fixed and indexed annuities
  • $5,000 retention/deductible for all other covered claims (e.g. variable products and mutual funds)
Pay in full or choose monthly payments via credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT). For those customers that select the monthly payment option, your credit card or EFT will be processed on the first of each month.

This is a claims made and reported policy and provides coverage for claims that arise from the sale and servicing of self-funded group health plans if they are funded in whole or in part by an insurance company or product and claim losses are not resultant of any employer’s, insurer’s, or any other entities insolvency or inability to pay beneficiary claims made under such plans. Multiple employer trust or welfare arrangements (MEWAs) are not covered.

Claims must be submitted as soon as practicable in writing to the insurer. Coverage only applies to claims first made during the policy period. Claims must be reported during the policy period; or, during an extended reporting period (ERP). Prior acts are covered back to the first day of continuous E&O coverage.
