How do I make a payment change?
To make a payment change online, log in to the NAPA website. Then under My Account, click on the "Manage my account" link. To make a payment change over the phone, call our customer service center at (800) 593-7657 Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 6 PM ET and Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM ET.
