How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link to bring you to the Password Reset Request Page. Enter the email address on file for your NAPA account and a password reset link will be sent to that email. Click on that link to reset your password.

For your security, the password reset link will expire after 15 minutes. If you are unable to reset your password within that time, you can use the "Forgot Password" link to send another reset email.

If you do not see the email within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam or junk folder. Please make sure to add no-reply@napa-benefits.org to your safe sender list.
