How do I find my username?

If you forgot your username, click on the "Forgot Username" link in this FAQ to bring you to the Username Help Page. Enter the email address and ZIP code on file for your NAPA account and your username will be sent to that email.

If you do not see the email within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam or junk folder. Please make sure to add noreply@gallagher-affinity.com to your safe sender list.
